Wow where has the time gone, we our now into the 2nd month of opening our Handmade Boutique

Hello and welcome to all our lovely felters, makers, creators and all round lovely people!

Today is just a quick post really to say that we are now in our second month of trading at the Handmade Boutique! I can't quite believe where its gone to, but I have to say I am absolutely over the moon with the progress so far.

We have had such great feedback over our joint venture and the positive comments about the craftsmanship, the individuality and the standard of workmanship has been so wonderful to receive. I personally have received such brilliant feedback on my product range and kits as well as lots of course bookings.

So if you haven't visited the boutique yet in The Great Western Arcade in Birmingham, you are in for a real treat... stock is changing all the time so you are sure to be met with new inspirations each time you go in.

For now I will leave you with a few pics.

Hectic & Handmade!

Hello  lovely felt fans!

Well, what a month it’s been here at Tigerlily Towers, what with the opening of the Handmade Boutique in the centre of Birmingham, various summer shows, designing my new range and the added distraction of a bad back!

I can honestly say that I have no idea where 2013 is disappearing to but even though it’s only July, my thoughts are already turning to "Christmas stock" and the 2014 course programme.

The Handmade Boutique has really taken off, and I am proud to be a part of this exciting project which is enabling me to showcase my designs, kits and cards as well as workshops starting August  There are 18 of us local designers in total at The Handmade Boutique, so if you’re looking for something a bit more unique for a special gift, or just want something beautiful for your home, pop in and see us in the Great Western Arcade in Colmore Row – right in the centre of the City of Birmingham.

I can guarantee you’ll find something to spend your money on, and once you’ve visited us once, you will keep coming back time and time again!

You can keep up to date with all things “Handmade Boutique” by Liking the Facebook Page http://ow.ly/nei4K or following @HandmadeBoutiqu on Twitter.

Here 4 U Hope U Know How Much I Care Boxed Card

Hi everyone, just wanted to share my latest new range to be featured on Folksy. This is a range of subtle, natural and recycled boxed sentiment cards, each box and card has a flower theme and a meaningful sentiment on it. I have gone for simple understated elegance with this range, so that the range can cover a wide variety of topics. Topics include but are not limited to, sympathy, gratitude, showing you care or just simply saying hello.
We live in such a fast paced society where so much of our lives is controlled by electronics... that its nice to slow down the pace and take time out to send something tangible and thoughtful.
In the blink of an eye I had a babe in arms who is now an adult.
Hope you all get to take some time out for each other this weekend.
