Today I thought I would share a little something different. Recently I was lucky enough to have a full experience day @worldofwedgwood with special friends @raffkin55cat The whole place just blew me away and I left feeling reinvigorated and connected to my past. You see I have a lifelong connection to the potteries, I moved there as a small child. Family members are still there having moved from Welsh Wales and my father spent the best part of his career in the pottery industry, so it’s no wonder I have an obsession with China. Not only is there a beautiful shop to purchase from, but a whole pleather of innovation and experience to be had. Having not had a weekend off for the best part of 4 months this was a much needed break, especially as I have been rather poorly this year. Well what a day yesterday was, we had the best time @worldofwedgwood on our experience day with @raffkin55cat the vegan Afternoon Tea was an absolute delight, this is my husband Phil enjoying his Crimson Jewel tea. We designed a plate? Learnt how to throw a pot, browsed the many outstanding products in the gift shop and were treated like royalty by all the staff at Wedgwood. We have still to explore the museum and factory tour with our complimentary annual passes that came with the experience day.
